Are you looking for a pleasant, comfortable place to spend your holidays in the South of France? Our pretty, fully renovated village house is right in the heart of the historic centre of Agde, a stone's throw from the Hérault river and its cycle paths.

Our house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and broadband internet, and has a laundry room with WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and mini freezer for your convenience.

The ground floor includes a large entrance hall for storing your bikes, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a dressing room. On the first floor, you'll find a large living area with a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

On the second floor, you'll find a study, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and dressing room, and a bathroom with WC.

Finally, on the top floor, there's a roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the summer evenings. Make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture and enjoy the shade of the parasol.

To help you make the most of your stay, bed linen and towels are provided in full, and housework is systematically done at the beginning of your stay by our concierge.

Our house is ideally located close to numerous shops and restaurants for your outings and shopping. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, the train station is a 10-minute walk and Béziers/Agde airport is just 15 minutes away by car.

To take advantage of the beautiful beaches in the area, it will take you around 10 minutes by car.
