We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you found the accommodation in good condition on your arrival, it's because the previous tenants respected the house rules. We ask you to do the same.

Arrivals and departures

Arrivals and departures are scheduled with our concierge service. Please respect the times and instructions agreed with them.

Use of premises & respect for equipment

We ask you to respect the premises. Even if the final cleaning is included in the rental price, we expect you to carry out a minimum of maintenance to leave the property in perfect condition at the end of your stay. 

Kitchen utensils, crockery, electrical appliances and small household appliances are at your disposal. We ask you to take good care of them. If you notice any problems, please inform the concierge, who will do what is necessary.

A stock of groceries and household products is available to make your arrival easier. Please do not overuse them or replace products that you have finished so that subsequent guests can benefit from the same facility.

Household waste management

Selective sorting is not yet in place in the area. Waste collection bins are available at both ends of the street.

Use of Wifi and the Internet

We provide you with high-speed internet access for the duration of your stay. We ask you not to use it illegally. If any offence is reported to us, we will be obliged to pass your details on to the authorities.

The Wi-Fi password is strictly confidential, so please do not share it.

General safety instructions

As hosts, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation during your stay.

Please do not leave any electrical or household appliances switched on during your absence. This also applies to the air conditioning, which is powerful enough to cool the top floor quickly when you return from a walk.

Please do not leave young children unsupervised in the rental property.

The house is equipped with smoke detectors on each floor.

Pets

As specified in the advertisement, pets are not accepted in the accommodation.

Capacity and additional guests

Guests not included in the booking are not allowed to sleep on site without an extra charge (see nightly rate / guest). Please note that the accommodation can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Parties and events in the rental property

The house is a holiday home and parties are not permitted. Of course, you may invite friends, but we ask that you do so within the limits of the house's capacity (maximum 6 people). 

Commercial filming and other professional use of the property is strictly prohibited.

Noise and respecting neighbours

Please respect the neighbourhood and do not impose your presence on other residents (limit noise between 10pm and 8am).

This is a non-smoking accommodation

We ask you not to smoke or vape in the accommodation. Nobody likes to come into a house that smells of cold tobacco. You can smoke on the terrace, but please don't throw your cigarette ends on the ground, in the flower boxes or in the street - they belong in the bin.

Sanctions

Failure to comply with the house rules will be reported to AirBnB, which will take the appropriate measures.
